I have found that when i press this combination, about 40% of the time i will get the graphics distribution that i mentioned in this previous article.
Its annoying Nvidia, Microsoft fix this ASAP.

I got the update on Friday, and i downloaded and installed it immediately, but every now and then I keep getting some screen disruption see below. That is in X-Chat, but it has also happened in IE8.
